KwotTalk

Voice quoting app

Say the job. Get the quote.

Small service businesses describe a job out loud and get a professional PDF quote, recognized on the phone itself. No account, no subscription.

The challenge

Quoting from the phone, without the paperwork.

Independent workers and small service businesses need to prepare quotes from their phone. Existing tools ask them to type everything, set up an account or pay every month, and for someone who quotes now and then, a subscription can cost more than it is worth.

KwotTalk’s answer

From a sentence to a quote.

In English or Spanish, the job is described the way you would tell a customer. KwotTalk recognizes it on the phone and writes the items, quantities and totals, ready to review. You pay only for the PDF you send.

What you say

“Quote for Sarah Miller. Paint the living room, 450 square feet, labor 600 dollars, materials 240 dollars, valid for 15 days.”

What we built

One product, three pieces.

Three pieces with one brand and one voice: the apps where the quoting happens, the card that brings in customers, and the site that explains the product.

  • Native apps

Swift on iPhone and Kotlin on Android, with the same model and screens: dictation, items, PDF quotes, follow-up, dashboard and backup.

    iPhone and Android

  • QR contact card

A static web page that the QR codes on social media images open: call, message or save the business, with no server and no tracking.

    Web

  • Product website

kwottalk.d4u.store, in English and Spanish, with privacy, support and terms.

Highlights

Decisions that show the craft.

Four choices that shaped the product and set it apart from quoting apps that need an account, a server and a subscription.

  • Voice recognized on the phone

The job is dictated and turned into items on the device itself, without internet. The audio never leaves the phone.

  • No account and no server

Businesses, clients and quotes live on the phone. Nothing to sign up for and nothing for D4U to store.

  • Backup in the user’s own cloud

A copy goes to the user’s own iCloud or Google Drive, where D4U cannot read it, and only one phone keeps it up to date.

  • Pay only for the PDF you send

Drafts and previews are free and carry a watermark; each final PDF is a single in-app purchase. No subscription.
